What data do we process? And for what purposes?

 We will only store your data for as long as is necessary for the business relationship/contractual relationship or until the expiry of statutory retention periods.

Your data will only be disclosed where necessary.

Due to the group structure, relevant contacts may be employees of the parent company hVIVO Services Limited, Floor 24, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR, or its affiliated companies. In such cases, it is necessary to pass on your data accordingly. In addition to hVIVO Services Limited, affiliated companies include, in particular:

We use the CRM system provided by Salesforce Inc. to process and manage our business relationships. As part of this processing, your data may be passed on to Salesforce Inc.
