Yes. hVIVO provides a full chain-of-custody service from sample intake through to archival storage and on-demand retrieval. This includes secure sample receipt and logging, processing and aliquoting where required, LIMS-based inventory tracking, and outbound shipping of individual vials or full plates at short notice. For organisations in the Oxford, Cambridge, and London corridor, we offer free transport to and from the facility.
