We are proud to announce that the companies within the hVIVO Group, hVIVO, Cryostore, CRS and Venn Life Sciences - will now operate under a single brand: hVIVO.
Following the acquisition of CRS in January 2025, and alongside the established scientific, clinical, laboratory and consultancy expertise across the Group, we have deliberately brought our capabilities together to reflect how we already work: as one integrated organisation. One hVIVO offers expert‑led, fully integrated drug development solutions, supporting programmes from pre‑clinical through to Phase III.

All existing agreements continue as before, and your day‑to‑day contacts and delivery commitments are unaffected. You can continue to rely on hVIVO as a trusted partner, with the added benefit of a more integrated and expanded organisation behind you.

Yes, you will still work with the same team
We are retiring the brand names CRS, Venn Life Sciences Services and Cryostore – and service lines will be represented externally as follows:

HVIVO Laboratory
HVIVO Clinical
The websites for CRS, Venn Life Sciences and Cryostore will be integrated under www.hVIVO.com
The email domains will be changing, which means that from the 14th April you will receive emails from CRS team members from @hVIVO.de and from the Venn team from @hVIVO.com from the 14th April onwards.
A legal name change is expected to follow at a later stage; however, this will not affect the identity of the contracting entity, either. We will inform you in advance should any updates become relevant.
