- Processing from fresh whole blood and leukapheresis products
- Controlled handling to maintain cell viability and integrity
- Flexible workflows aligned to clinical study timelines
Quality
-
>96% cell viability
-
Typical recovery rates of 1x107 cells per ml of whole blood
-
>96% cell viability after thawing
-
100% DNA extraction
- Density grade centrifugation (DCG) with CPT® tubes as well as being flexible to new protocols
Location
-
UK - Central London Location
-
100 samples processed daily
-
<8 hours from collection to processing
-
Out-of-hours processing capabilities
-
Germany - Mannheim. Our clinical site in Mannheim will be operational from September 2026.
Training
Extensive training and user qualification (and re-qualification).
External validation as arranged by client for each study (i.e. we use internal samples, isolate PBMCs, freeze them and send to 3rd party to thaw and list recovery data etc) our users then get pass/fail for use with the protocol.
